What If I Need To Cancel My Attendance To The Event?\u00a0<\/b><\/h6>\n

If you are unable to attend the event and need to cancel a booking, let us know in advance by emailing us at hello@ecomm.live<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Our reimbursement policy is as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 For cancellations up until midnight four weeks prior to the event a 50% refund will be given
\n<\/span>\u2013 For cancellations up until midnight two weeks prior to the event a 25% refund will be given<\/span><\/p>\n

For registrations cancelled after this time, or for failure to attend the conference, no refund will be given.<\/span><\/p>\n

Attendees can avail of the Value Car park located at 21-31 Grosvenor Road Belfast, just a 2 minute walk from both the Europa Hotel & Assembly Buildings Conference Centre. You can find more information on car parking in Belfast<\/span> here.<\/span><\/a>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We are no longer accepting applications for volunteers for our 2025 event.<\/p>\n

How can I find out when someone is scheduled to talk?<\/b><\/h6>\n

The full conference schedule will be available soon. Please note, lineup and timings are subject to change.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Are both days of the event in the same venue?<\/b><\/h6>\n

No they are not. However, we have chosen two great venues that are situated a two-minute walk from each other. Please check your booking confirmation and activity list carefully to ensure you arrive at the correct venue.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Will Presentations be available?<\/b><\/h6>\n

We\u2019ll be collecting speaker presentations following the conference and will email all of these out to attendees. If you miss a talk you wanted to catch, don\u2019t worry \u2013 you\u2019ll be able to access the slides later. Please note: we cannot guarantee all speakers will be able to share presentations.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Is lunch provided?<\/b><\/h6>\n

Yes, Breakfast, Lunch and Afternoon Tea will be provided to all delegates on Day 2 to meet a variety of dietary requirements. Light snacks will be available on Day 1 at the eComm Founder Sessions, and food will be provided at our Opening Party.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Does the event have a cloakroom?<\/b><\/h6>\n
